It is made of two layers of stretchy fabric, Satin Fabric Flower and center decoration, when we choose the fabric our first approach is to make sure the fabric is soft.

The Fabric stretches up to 4" more inches when wearing.
The following measurements are not stretched:
NB to 3 months-13 inches round.
3-6 Months- 15 inches round.
6-12 Months-16 1/2 inches round.
1-3 Years -17 1/2 inches round.
4 years and up- 19 inches round.
