It is made of one layer of stretchy Soft Lace fabric. The flower is made of satin fabric and with decoration in the center.

The Fabric stretches up to 4" more inches when wearing.
The following measurements are not stretched:
NB to 3 months-13 inches round.
3-6 Months- 15 inches round.
6-12 Months-16 1/2 inches round.
1-3 Years -17 1/2 inches round.
4 years and up- 19 inches round.
