The Fabric stretches up to 4" more inches when wearing.
The following measurements are not stretched:
- NB to 3 months-13 inches round.
- 3-6 Months- 15 inches round.
- 6-12 Months-16 1/2 inches round.
- 1-3 Years -17 1/2 inches round.
- 4 years and up- 19 inches round.
